Many tasks are repetitive and every month we have to do many of the same procedures: Update and monitor web servers, answer emails, upload files, download files, solve issues with Bible texts and audio, etc, etc.

Thus, we are much encouraged when we hear from the field, from the recipients of our labors who write or send pictures to us. We love to see how somewhere in the world someone is being blessed with the Word of God. Recently we have been receiving many (more) pictures from the distribution of Audio Bibles in Kenya, especially among the blind people there. Mary, a friend of Wordproject, who has a ministry to the blind, has been faithful to distribute the Audio Bibles we have sent during the past few months. Here are a few more collages of the latest distribution campaign, in spite of covid 19 related constrains and difficulties. See the pictures and pray for these precious people:

WP Audio Bible Distribution

On the App domain, the relatively new WP plus audio Bible App for Android is being a great blessing for us personally and we notice that it has reached over 5000 permanent users this month. In spite of the numbers, we feel that the app is being undervalued, because other apps reach that number much faster than ours. Thus, we are trying to give it a boost with a short video promotion to explain the amazing new features that integrate the app. With just a few strokes of the mouse, so to speak, we put together the following video, which, and you may be surprised, shows some of the more hidden features contained in the App, which even the most attentive may have missed… Above all, it is important not to forget, that the app has the simple aim to help us to place more Bible in our lives and reach new levels of acquaintance with the Word as we go on our (sometimes busy) daily schedules. It is read with feeling but no extra background sounds and no put-on voices. The Word of God just as it is. Not much extra just basic controls and maneuvering, which are simple and easy. I haven’t come across any tech problems yet so I am pleased to give it a good rating and recommendation.”
LLR

App reviews

Other than that, we are still restricted from entering China, or leaving this territory for that matter, very confined but hopeful that, as in so many other aspects of our lives: “all things work together for good to them that love God”.
