Ebola crisis

The Ebola crises.

Thank you for your prayers concerning the Ebola outbreak and your concern with us since we stay in Africa. For now at least, there has not been any cases here in this part of Africa and we are thankful for that.

Outbreak regions

Outbreak regions

We do  not want to stop everything and just halt all our lives.  We should not get paralyzed. We should, though, be aware that one ounce of prevention is always better than one pound of cure and we should take some precautions, just in case.

Ebola - how infectious

Ebola – how infectious?

So, We have received several recommendations, especially from our dear friend Ray, who has been doing some research on the matter. They seem to be very reasonable:

a) if you have been just been back from some of the infected region, try your best to avoid contacting other people and travel too frequently in mass transport for 21 days. Not abstain, just try to avoid.

b) we should try our best to have measures to protect ourselves when traveling on the plane and after the travel:
i) try to use mask in the plane as far as possible.
ii) whenever touch our eyes, nose, mouth or eating, wash our hand thoroughly. We should also try our best not to do so.
iii) after travel on the plane, as soon as possible take a bath and wash the whole body.
iv) after travel on the plane, change our clothes and wash it as soon as possible without mixing with other clothes.

c) be alert about personal hygiene such as wash our hand frequently, do not touch our eyes, mouth, nose, wounds; wash hands before taking food

d) raise our immunity:
i) because there is no medicine for sure cure, and virus is not subject to antibiotics, as a result, raising our immunity ability to fight the virus is very important, the followings will raise our immunity:
1) take a western soup or tea spoon of coconut oil every day. This is because coconut oil has mid-chain fatty acid which has strong power to raise our immunity. However, because of length, would not share more details.
2) take a western soup or tea spoon of faxseed oil every day. Same, will not share details.
3) take Vitamin D. Vitamin D is a very important vitamin helping the immunity. If we take a short sun-bath (before 7 am or after 5 pm) would be even better. This is because Vitamin D after UV light activation is around 1000x power that of the ordinary one. However, this activated Vitamin D would only stay in our body for 8 hours. As a result, every day have to do sun-bath.
4) Take a small grip of elmond (sic) every day. Details not elaborated.

e) Last defense for us:
Get a huge amount of Vitamin C. If we are unluckily contracted the virus, take huge amount of Vitamin C, say 10 -15 gram everyday when we are in the hospital or be quarantine.
However, two things have to note:
– if we have kidney problem, do not do so.
– take the salt based Vitamin C, do not take the original or usual type which is in form of acid. This is because the acid Vitamin C, it will hurt our stomach and we cannot persist.
In fact, an even better method is to have the Vitamin C injected into the body directly by intravenous injection. However, this operation could only be done by nurse and medical practitioner. As a result, this is impossible for us to do.

Also, Ray sent a link to a video concerning Liposomal Vitamin C, which you may find interesting:

Quote: ‘The curing power of high dosage Vitamin C is not from an ordinary people, this research result is from the double Nobel Prize Winner (Chemistry Nobel Prize and Peace Nobel Prize): Honorable Linus Pauling. He is one of the two Nobel Prize Winners who won more than one Nobel Prize in two different field in human history’.

Not least: Good is to do what we can and trust God for what we can’t. These verses come to mind to claim:

‘He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.  He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.  Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day’ (Psalms 91:1-5)
