[Donna:] In our part of the world the sun is shining replete with the intense heat of the South China summer. Every morning we are graced with intense rain showers, which water everything and clean the sky to brilliance! We are grateful that this territory has been free from any focuses of Covid-19, for at least the past 2 months. The government is doing a great job with quarantine measures for anyone who enters the territory, and although we are restricted in our ability to travel, we feel safe right here at home. We make the best of what we have waiting for better days.

Mandy and the girls were able to spend some time at our home investing time in their home school assignments. Isabel is learning to read and write in both English and Chinese! Aurora always keeps herself busy with learning activities!

Not least, there were a few birthday celebrations this month. In the beginning of June, we were blessed to celebrate Miranda’s birthday. Guilherme was next, and then it was Gloria’s turn,  in a kind of virtual celebration attended by different members of the family in several locations! Happy birthday to them! 😊
